BairesDev is recruiting a Trajectory Planning Engineer to design and implement advanced motion planning and trajectory generation for autonomous systems. You will transform high-level goals into real-time executable paths while respecting dynamics and sensing feedback.

The role requires 5+ years in robotics/software, strong C++ skills for real-time systems, and collaboration with control and perception teams. This is a 100% remote position with flexible hours and global impact.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering focusing on motion planning or robotics.
• Proficient in C++ for real-time systems and trajectory optimization.
• Hands-on experience with real-time constraints and optimization-based motion planning.
• Deep understanding of robotics fundamentals and kinematics.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement advanced motion planning algorithms and lattice planners for autonomous systems.
• Develop and optimize smooth trajectory generation techniques that adhere to vehicle physical limits and kinematic constraints.
• Manage real-time constraints to ensure high-frequency path updates and immediate response to environmental changes.
• Collaborate with control and perception teams to integrate planning frameworks with sensor data and vehicle actuators.
• Utilize simulation tools to validate and tune planning logic across diverse and challenging operational scenarios.
