BairesDev is hiring a Revenue Operations Analyst to manage relationship selling programs, coordinate with Client Solutions and Business Development, and keep data accurate. This role offers 100% remote work and competitive compensation in USD or local currency, with opportunities to learn AI and product skills.

You will review results, support product testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and operational excellence.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in operations, analyst, coordination, or support roles.
• Strong coordination with multiple stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Hands-on use of AI tools to improve workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.

Responsabilidades

• Execute relationship selling process steps and follow up until completion.
• Update and maintain program data in trackers, CRM, and internal platforms.
• Provide first-line support to participants and escalate exceptions as needed.
• Review results, flag bugs and data inconsistencies, and suggest improvements.
• Support the Product team by reviewing requirements and testing releases.
