Emapta Colombia is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to oversee 401(k) implementation, participant engagement, and plan maintenance for multiple employers. This remote role offers exposure to international clients and a long-term global career with Emapta.

The ideal candidate has a BA in Business Administration with 5 years in defined contribution or retirement plan work, plus 1–3 years of related experience and strong Microsoft 365 skills. ASPPA certification is preferred but not required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or five years of experience in the defined contribution industry.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in retirement plan administration or a related field.
• Experience in retirement plan design, compliance, and ADP/ACP testing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• ASPPA/ERPA or retirement plan certification is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Administer new 401(k) plan setups for multiple employers and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct client meetings to discuss transitioning 401(k) plans.
• Deliver presentations to increase awareness of plan features and grow plan assets.
• Facilitate enrollment sessions and financial education programs as requested.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on plan administration.
