BairesDev in Colombia seeks a seasoned Release Engineer to own the software release process, ensuring reliable deployments through automated pipelines. You will orchestrate the release lifecycle with a focus on stability and quality.

You will collaborate with engineering and operations, implement and enforce release standards, manage feature flags, and monitor metrics to drive faster, safer releases while enjoying 100% remote work and flexible hours.

Formación

8+ years of experience in Release Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure.
Proven expertise in owning and optimizing end-to-end release pipelines.
Proficiency in rollback strategies and feature flags for stability.
Hands-on experience defining release cadences for large teams.

Responsabilidades

Design, implement, and manage automated deployment pipelines and rollback strategies.
Coordinate release cadences and schedules across cross-functional teams.
Oversee feature flags deployment to enable controlled releases and experimentation.
Develop and maintain version control best practices and branching strategies.
Monitor release metrics and optimize processes for efficiency and MTTR.
Collaborate with developers and operations to document complex delivery workflows.
