Auxis is seeking a Release Coordinator/Manager in Bogotá to define and publish the enterprise Release Calendar, coordinating deployments to minimize business impact.

The role requires 3–5 years in software development, QA, IT operations, including 2+ years in release leadership, and familiarity with ITIL, CI/CD practices, and deployment automation.

You will collaborate with development, QA, and operations to streamline pipelines and ensure robust rollback plans.

Formación

• 3–5 years in software development, QA, IT ops, or related field.
• At least 2 years in Release Coordinator or Release Manager.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile/DevOps deployments.

Responsabilidades

• Define, publish, and coordinate enterprise Release Calendar.
• Lead Go/No-Go readiness reviews.
• Coordinate release-day execution with engineering and operations.
• Ensure rollback plans for deployments.
• Manage release schedules across Dev, QA, UAT, Staging, Production.
• Collaborate to standardize release packages and improve pipelines.
• Participate in post-release reviews and update checklists.
