BairesDev is seeking a Developer Productivity Engineer to boost engineering velocity by building internal tools and refining build systems. The role focuses on reducing friction and accelerating delivery across distributed teams.

You will design IDE plugins, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and establish golden paths for software delivery while promoting best DevEx practices in a 100% remote, globally distributed environment.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in developer infrastructure, tooling or software engineering.
• Proven ability to build internal tools that increase engineering velocity.
• Hands-on with build systems optimization and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience creating IDE plugins and developer-facing interfaces.
• Strong ability to define and track productivity metrics.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop internal tools and IDE plugins to improve engineering workflows.
• Optimize and maintain build systems to speed up commit-to-production.
• Create and monitor productivity metrics to identify bottlenecks and impact.
• Automate repetitive tasks to protect engineers' creative flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish standardized delivery paths.
• Advocate best practices in developer experience to enhance efficiency.
