Senior Release Manager at BairesDev is a fully remote leadership role responsible for release planning, coordinating CI/CD deployments, and maintaining change and configuration controls across environments to ensure traceability and smooth delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in release management or related fields, strong cross‑functional communication, and advanced English, with a track record of mitigating risk and guiding global teams through complex deployments.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Release Management, Systems Engineering, or Project Management.
• Proven expertise in release planning, calendar ownership, and coordinating CI/CD deployments.
• Strong hands-on experience with change management, configuration management, and rollback planning.
• Excellent communication skills to manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships and coordinate dependencies.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage the release planning process and global release calendar.
• Coordinate CI/CD deployments and coordinate technical execution across various environments.
• Establish comprehensive change and configuration management processes to ensure traceability.
• Develop proactive risk mitigation, dependency mapping, and robust rollback planning.
• Facilitate consistent communication among cross-functional stakeholders to align goals.
