Medtronic plc in Bogotá is seeking a Regulatory Information Management professional to support global regulatory operations remotely. You will be the primary contact for internal users of RIM systems and help maintain data quality across the product lifecycle.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field and 2 years of experience with regulatory information management or regulatory affairs processes; proficiency in Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 2 years of experience in Regulatory Information Management or regulatory affairs processes.
• Knowledge of regulatory lifecycle and submission processes.
• Experience supporting end users and resolving system issues.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments with accuracy.
• Experience in medical device/pharma/life sciences environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Primary contact for internal users of Regulatory Information Management systems.
• Create and maintain submission structures and regulatory records.
• Build and manage system templates and configurations.
• Perform data entry, cleansing, and master data governance.
• Support RIM modernization program implementation and sustainment.
• Participate in project meetings with status updates and risk mitigation.
• Monitor adherence to RIM standards and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve system processes and data quality.
