Job summary

Sell Then Stay Arizona, a Phoenix-based real estate company, is seeking a Transaction Coordinator to manage files from contract to close for our US operations. This fully remote, full-time role requires strong English and the ability to align with Arizona hours.

You will prepare documents, track timelines, coordinate with title and escrow, and ensure compliance. Backgrounds in legal or other document-heavy fields are welcome, and independence is valued in our growing operations team.

Qualifications

• US real estate experience is not required.
• Backgrounds in legal, paralegal, escrow or other document-heavy fields welcome.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• At least 4 hours overlap with Arizona MST hours.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience handling multiple active files or contracts.
• Ability to learn new platforms quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage transaction files from contract to close.
• Prepare, route, and track transaction documents.
• Run broker compliance so every file is complete and submitted on time.
• Enter and update listings in the MLS.
• Coordinate with title and escrow officers through closing.
• Follow and improve our documented processes and checklists.
