Hitachi Energy Colombia S.A.S. is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex energy projects from design through commissioning, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage budgets in a dynamic environment. You will advance towards Hitachi Energy’s Project Manager certification, with continuous learning opportunities, global career growth, and a focus on sustainable energy.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Familiarity with MS Project or similar PM software.
• Knowledge of cost management and contracts is a plus.
• Understanding ISO 9001/14001/50001/45001 beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning and execution meetings, tracking progress.
• Manage risks and opportunities to improve outcomes.
• Oversee engineering activities and testing to meet requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across divisions.
• Negotiate changes with customers, suppliers, contractors.
• Monitor procurement and budgets for profitability.
• Track costs, scope, forecasts, and cash flow.
• Communicate with customers, teams, auditors, and suppliers.
• Ensure contract compliance through document approvals.
• Adhere to external and internal regulations.
