Hitachi Energy Colombia S.A.S. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale projects in the Network Control business across the Americas from a hybrid work setup.

You will manage cross-functional teams, ensure on-time delivery, and oversee budgets while building strong customer relationships. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or CS, 8+ years of project management experience on large projects, PMI or equivalent certification, and 10% travel.

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Computer Science.
• 8+ years of project management experience, including large-scale commercial projects.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams across geographies and deliver results.
• Strong knowledge of power systems and market management systems.
• Project Management Certification (PMI or equivalent) required.
• 10% travel
• Fluent in English and Spanish; experience with mission-critical software solutions is a plus.
