Job summary

Smile Train seeks an experienced Program Assistant for South America based in Bogotá. You will own regional processes, from program data and reporting to procurement and logistics, with autonomy and a focus on scalable, efficient operations.

The role reports to the Sr. Program Manager, South America, and requires excellence in data, systems, and stakeholder engagement. This position supports seven-country operations and travel within South America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, international relations, public health, social sciences, engineering, or related field.
• Postgraduate specialization or MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of relevant experience with autonomous work and end-to-end ownership.
• Experience coordinating multi-country initiatives and managing vendors/budgets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and analyze program data to monitor performance and impact, flagging trends and risks.
• Produce recurring and ad hoc reports for internal decisions and donor communications.
• Onboard and train partners in Smile Train’s program systems and tools.
• Coordinate logistics, events, site visits, and partner meetings across regions.
