Twilio is a remote-first company based in Colombia seeking a Delivery Project Manager (L3) to drive tactical execution and operational delivery of complex cross‑functional projects within Global Operations.

You bridge business intent and technical execution, ensuring initiatives move through the lifecycle with precision and speed, partnering with Enterprise Technology and Global Operations to deliver high‑impact product rollouts with transparency.

Formación

• 5+ years in Project Management, Program Management, or Delivery Management in tech/ops.
• Ability to translate complex technical constraints into business tradeoffs and communicate with Engineering and Product teams.
• End-to-end project lifecycles experience including BRD, UAT coordination, and launch enablement.
• Proficiency with PM tools Airtable/Jira/Asana for high-integrity documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business needs into prioritized requirements via end-to-end discovery.
• Foster partnerships across Global Operations: GCS, GCS Ops, Onboarding & Compliance for scalability.
• Drive momentum by managing timelines and cross-functional deadlines.
• Identify risks and map dependencies to protect the critical path across teams.
• Generate weekly status updates and maintain rigorous project documentation in Airtable.
• Coordinate launch synchronization between Enterprise Technology releases and Global Operations.
