Job summary

Generation Colombia is seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee training phase logistics and operations across its programs. This remote role is based in Colombia and may require travel within the country for in-person events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a solid academic record.
• 3–5 years of program coordination experience.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Experience developing procedures and resources with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage teams, coordinate stakeholders and deliver targets.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for learners, respond to inquiries, track requests and escalate issues per protocols.
• Onboard learners (Day 0) by preparing sessions, verifying readiness, and recording attendance.
• Support day-to-day program delivery with the C&I Coordinator and monitor learner experience.
• Identify risks, apply troubleshooting actions, and support mitigation planning.
• Track learner progress and outcomes, generate interim reports and recommendations.
• Distribute stipends/resources (laptops, internet, cameras, financial support) transparently and timely.
• Ensure resource usage compliance with program policies and monitor outcomes for improvements.
• Support mentorship processes, track participation and retention efforts.
• Participate in weekly calls to troubleshoot outcomes and plan extra support.
• Prepare inputs for TSP performance reviews and monitor KPIs.
• Regularly check in with TSP teams on progress, risks and instruction quality.
