Job summary

UNICEF Colombia in Bogota is seeking a Programme Associate to support the Gender and Development initiatives within the Multi-Year Resilience Program. You will work under the supervision of the Gender Lead and ECW Project Coordinator to help design, implement and monitor country programme activities.

The role requires strong MS Office and data analysis skills, experience with programme reporting, and the ability to coordinate with partners and government entities to deliver results for children.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and SharePoint.
• Strong data analytical and reporting skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to facilitate programme delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support gender mainstreaming in the Multi-Year Resilience Program.
• Monitor results on prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse.
• Support education and gender unit programmes and strategies.
• Develop and monitor cooperation agreements (PCAs) with technical guidance.
• Record and process government and NGO proposals and direct cash transfers.
• Monitor and track distribution of supplies for programme delivery.
• Prepare reports, working papers and presentations for the supervisor and team.
