Job summary

Blossom builds core and digital banking, payments and hardware solutions for U.S. credit unions. As our product offering grows, Swipe (card processing) and Branch (ATM and kiosk hardware) need dedicated training coverage.

You will design and deliver training that credit union staff need to launch and operate these products with confidence. As the first trainer for these lines, you will work with implementation, product and support teams, producing guides, videos and live sessions for onboarding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced English (C1+) for client interactions.
• 2+ years designing and delivering training for technical tools or financial institutions.
• 2+ years with ERP/ETL/financial implementation and hardware or payments-adjacent products.
• 2+ years working with clients in analytical/technical roles.
• Experience creating structured, learner-centered content across formats.
• Familiar with adult learning principles and iterative product environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training for Swipe and Branch for credit union staff.
• Create guides, walkthroughs, job aids, and videos reflecting current product behavior.
• Lead live sessions and provide virtual/in-person training to U.S.-based teams.
• Support onboarding and go-live with aligned training timelines.
• Translate technical concepts into clear training for non-technical users.
• Stay current on releases and configurations with product/support teams.
• Collect feedback to improve content and delivery.
• Identify recurring knowledge gaps and share findings with teams.
