Convergint is seeking a Banking Specialist 1 to join our culture as a full-time team member. You will install, program, system start-up/check-out, certify, and customer train on assigned projects including small or less complex projects. This is a growth-oriented role within a dynamic team.

You will bring customer focus, integrity, and a drive to deliver results, with opportunities to learn about security, life safety, and building automation while traveling to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer focus under pressure.
• Willing to learn fire alarm and electronic security systems.
• Self-starter with ability to work under supervision.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to travel locally to jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, test, repairs, and service security, fire alarm, and building automation systems.
• Provide customer training and maximize satisfaction.
• Read blueprints and schematics to determine installation procedures.
• Operate systems to start-up, certify, and document new installations.
• Coordinate with project managers to manage scope and costs.
