Job summary

Blossom, a U.S.-based fintech, seeks a Junior Product Owner in Colombia for 100% remote work. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Design, Development, and QA to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure timely delivery across the product lifecycle.

You will translate business needs into valuable product experiences, participate in discovery and roadmap planning, and support releases using Agile/Scrum practices.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience with Product Roadmaps, User Stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs.
• Experience supporting product releases and the end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• English proficiency: B2 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Define product requirements and prioritize initiatives.
• Work with Product Managers, Design, Development, and QA teams.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from discovery to releases and production deployments.
