Job summary

Sezzle is seeking a Product Marketing Associate for Banking & Lending to bring go-to-market plans to life across Sezzle’s financial products. You’ll own execution: tests, campaigns, lifecycle messaging, and reporting insights.

This role suits someone data-driven who loves shipping work and collaborating with product managers, designers, and compliance teams to ensure launches meet regulatory requirements and business goals.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, Lifecycle Marketing, Consumer Research, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills: comfortable with funnel data, behavioral data, and survey results; able to use AI to evaluate them.
Highly organized and execution-minded with a track record of shipping work on time across multiple stakeholders.
Clear, concise written communicator in English, able to turn complex results into a sharp readout.
Curious about AI tools and eager to use them to work smarter.

Responsibilities

Testing & Optimization: turn insights into experiments; run tests and report results.
Research & Insights: conduct user research; analyze data; surface patterns and opportunities.
Go-to-Market Execution: translate plans into timelines; collaborate on campaigns; ensure compliance where needed.
