You will design scalable architectures, guide feature implementation, and uphold engineering best practices while collaborating with Product Management to translate requirements into practical designs, including AI-assisted approaches. Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 in architecture/technical leadership.
• Strong background with software testing products, including TestRail.
• Solid understanding of software architecture patterns, system design, and API-driven development.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development practices and applying AI to software quality.
• Excellent English communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to translate requirements into scalable software architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Develop understanding of the product codebase through hands-on exploration.
• Design scalable architectures that meet current and evolving requirements.
• Ensure delivery adheres to architectural standards and best practices.
• Improve development processes, tooling, and workflows.
