Sur Global is seeking a Product Manager to lead client software builds from kickoff to launch, blending product strategy, UX thinking, and client partnership. You will transform client ideas into clear specs and wireframes, assess technical feasibility, and balance speed, quality, and complexity with AI at the forefront.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in product roles, strong English communication, and a background in agencies or startups operating in ambiguity.

Formación

3+ years as PM/PO or Solutions Architect in tech, agency, or startup.
Client-facing English at C1+; assessed in live conversations.
Agency or consultancy background preferred.
Startup or ambiguity experience beneficial.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects/clients.
Strong understanding of software architecture: APIs, databases, frontend/backend.
Ability to create wireframes or user flows.
Track record of owning projects you built or led.

Responsabilidades

Manage product builds end-to-end: kickoff to delivery.
Translate client ideas into clear specs, wireframes, and UX flows.
Assess feasibility and trade-offs between complexity, speed, and quality.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, and AI systems to stay on track.
Identify AI opportunities beyond day-to-day tooling.
Prioritize client feedback to refine product iterations.
Ensure client engagement and satisfaction throughout the build process.
Contribute to improving tools, systems, and workflows as the company scales.
Basically: think deeply about AI and product, day in day out, with a like-minded team.
