Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/economics or related field.
• 2–4 years pricing, commercial finance, or business analysis experience.
• Experience with price increases, index-based pricing, profitability analysis.
• Experience supporting cross-functional decision-making in a commercial or manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Excel and analytics systems.

Responsibilities

• Support pricing strategy development, implementation, and maintenance.
• Plan and monitor bi-annual customer price increases with segmentation and impact assessment.
• Maintain customer indexing programs and index-based pricing.
• Analyze opportunities for margin improvement on low-margin SKUs.
• Support customer- and product line pricing strategies.
• Assist tariff recovery pricing initiatives to protect margins.
• Collaborate with Finance to assess financial impact and forecasting.
• Maintain pricing dashboards and KPIs.
• Recommend continuous improvements to pricing tools and processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
