Stanley Black & Decker in Medellín, Colombia, is seeking an Americas Pricing Manager to lead pricing strategy for the Americas region, translate strategy into execution, and own analytical workstreams that support profitable revenue growth.

You will collaborate with commercial teams across Marketing, Finance, Sales and Channel Partners, develop inflation and elasticity insights, and build decision-ready pricing tools using Power BI and Excel.

Formación

• Pricing concepts including price waterfall, gross-to-net dynamics, RSA/GTN levers.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Finance, Sales and Operations.

Responsabilidades

• Execute Pricing Strategy for everyday and promotional pricing across the Americas.
• Inflation response modeling and SKU-level price increase analysis.
• Maintain and enhance competitive price tracking for the Americas.
• Support RGM promo effectiveness, elasticity insights, and pricing tools development.
