Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Data Analytics Lead in Finance to guide analytics strategy, design dashboards, and drive automation in reporting. This remote role focuses on partnering with Finance leadership to deliver scalable insights and value creation across the organization.

You will oversee senior analysts and engineers, coordinate cross-functional projects, and mentor teams to improve speed, accuracy, and governance of financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 7+ years of experience in finance analytics, BI, data engineering or related roles.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams or major projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of senior data analysts and data engineers, including oversight of large-scale initiatives and vendor collaboration.
• Oversee cross-functional, high-visibility analytics projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with Finance leadership to ensure financial applications meet requirements.
