Medtronic plc is seeking a Customer Contract Coordinator IV to support US cardiovascular contracting operations from a remote Bogotá base. You will execute contract pricing activities, manage pricing loads, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate pricing implementation and timely processing of LOCs.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in back-office operations, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English to support US stakeholders.

Formación

• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• 1–2 years in customer service, contract administration, pricing operations or related back-office roles.
• Experience handling data-intensive information and working with contracts or pricing.

Responsabilidades

• Execute pricing uploads for negotiated contracts from implementation through expiration.
• Collaborate with Contract Analysts to support pricing operations.
• Support contract administration activities, including LOC research and documentation management.
• Load and maintain customer pricing in Vendavo ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Review and process Letters of Commitment (LOCs) and pricing requests.
• Communicate with stakeholders to resolve questions and ensure timely work completion.
• Participate in system testing and process improvement initiatives.
