Medtronic seeks a Supervisor – Contracting & Payments to oversee end‑to‑end contracting, payment execution, and financial compliance for Customer Events Experience across LatAm. You will lead a team, drive standardization, and ensure timely, accurate operations in a high‑volume multi‑country setting.

You will collaborate with Event Operations, Compliance and Finance, managing risk and ensuring policy alignment. This role is based in Bogotá with a flexible hybrid model.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years in event operations, finance operations, or compliance roles.
• Fluent in English; strong contracts, payments, and reimbursement knowledge.
• Experience managing operational teams and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end‑to‑end contracting and payment operations for Customer Events Experience (CEE) in LatAm.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, legal requirements and transparency regulations.
• Oversee vendor and HCP contracting, payments, and reconciliation processes.
• Drive financial accuracy, timeliness and operational efficiency.
• Coach and develop a team of contracting and payments specialists.
• Maintain audit readiness and mitigate risk.
