Job summary

Horizon Premier Staffing is seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Legal Assistant for a fully remote role serving a U.S.-based Personal Injury firm. Candidates located in Latin America (LATAM) or the Philippines are encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with U.S. Personal Injury law, understands pre-suit processes, and can manage case documentation, client communications, and insurance correspondence with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
• Experience with CRM or legal case management software.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys and case managers with Personal Injury cases throughout the pre-litigation process.
• Monitor case progress, outstanding documentation, and important deadlines.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files from intake through the pre-suit stage.
• Identify missing documentation and follow up to ensure timely case progression.
• Coordinate with attorneys and other legal team members regarding case updates and priorities.
