You will edit ads for Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, and YouTube, turning raw footage into ready-to-launch campaigns and building variations as part of a structured testing process.

The role emphasizes performance outcomes over polish, with overlap hours to align with teams in Tel Aviv and London. Strong English, autonomy, and a marketer’s mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Exceptional video editing skill with a strong sense of pace, rhythm, and visual taste.
• Understanding of marketing principles: hooks, attention, value proposition, calls to action.
• Ability to tell a visual and narrative story from footage and rough direction.
• High-level English, spoken and written.
• Strong communication and proactive feedback habits.
• Ability to work with minimal direction and deliver strong output from a light brief.

Responsibilities

• Edit video ads for Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, and YouTube in required formats.
• Turn raw footage and stills into finished, ready-to-launch ads.
• Build variations and iterations on existing ads as part of testing.
• Work from briefs and independently develop story/structure when brief is light.
• Handle craft: sound design, music, on-screen text, color, finishing.
• Participate in creative reviews and iterate on feedback.
