The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro. This is a full-time remote position offering competitive compensation between $12k and $36k annually, along with performance-based bonuses and annual team retreats.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of video editing experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong portfolio showcasing short‑form paid social ads.
• Deep understanding of how to edit for performance and conversion.

Responsibilities

• Edit short‑form paid social ads including UGC and product demos.
• Produce various video variations with different hooks and overlays.
• Optimize videos for Meta and TikTok specifications.
• Iterate edits based on performance data and retention metrics.
