Bmns is seeking an AI Performance Video Designer to join our creative production team in Bogotá. You will craft scroll-stopping paid social ads for Meta and TikTok, turning strategy into high-velocity assets across US and European accounts.

In a fast-paced, high-volume role, you will ship numerous ads, monitor performance, and apply insights to improve the next batch, while ensuring brand compliance and native-feel across platforms.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of directly relevant English-language paid social video experience (including photorealistic AI-human ads, claymation, animation, and mixed media).
• Proven track record of polished, brand-appropriate performance creative across corporate/B2B and D2C brands (portfolio required).
• Sharp eye for aesthetics and ability to work with sophisticated brands.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Production: from concept to AI visuals, editing, pacing, sound, captions, and final delivery.
• Design and produce performance ads for Meta and TikTok campaigns for US and European markets.
• High-Volume Output: create assets at scale for rapid A/B testing across concepts and formats.
• Data-Driven Iteration: translate performance data into new creative directions.

We are a fast-growing AI marketing automation platform that helps enterprise marketing teams run high-velocity, full-funnel campaigns. Through our Managed Growth service, we act as an extension of our clients' teams—producing hundreds of static and video ad assets each month and testing them rigorously to maximize performance.

We are hiring an AI Performance Video Designer to join our creative production team. You will play a key role in turning strategy into scroll-stopping paid social ads for Meta and TikTok, working across both US and European client accounts.

This is a fast‑paced, high‑volume role: you will ship plenty of ads, track how they perform, and use those insights to make the next batch even better.

What You'll Own

End-to-End Production: Take an ad from concept and hook all the way through AI visuals, editing, pacing, sound, captions, and final delivery. (Experience with photorealistic AI-human ads, claymation, animation, and mixed media is mandatory, but other styles are welcome!)

Paid Social Creative: Design and produce performance ads for Meta and TikTok campaigns from start to finish. Regional Adaptation: Tailor creative for both US and European audiences by adjusting the messaging, tone, and visual style to fit each market.

High-Volume Output: Produce assets at scale to support rapid A/B testing across multiple concepts, hooks, and formats.

Data-Driven Iteration: Collaborate with strategists and campaign managers to translate performance data into new creative directions.

Brand Compliance: Keep all output 100% on-brand and compliant across a portfolio of simultaneous client campaigns.

Trend Awareness: Stay up to date on Meta and TikTok ad formats, technical specs, and creative trends so your work always feels native to the platform.

What We're Looking For
