KittySpout / DoggySpout seeks a Performance Creative Strategist to ideate, script, plan, and manage the full creative process focused on Meta VSLs, UGC ads, and high-converting direct response ads across paid channels. Aims to scale brands with data-driven, rapid output and a generous bonus structure.

The role requires 3+ years in performance creative for DTC, deep VSL experience, and a current AI stack in production. This is a fully remote position with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct response performance creative for DTC brands or agencies.
• Deep DTC experience with brand-level spend information.
• Proven VSL copywriting for DR/performance campaigns (short and long form).

Responsibilities

• Develop VSL briefs end-to-end: angle, hook, script, structure.
• Design AI-driven concepts and hooks for paid video.
• Partner with editors and performance marketers on testing.
• Iterate strategy based on creative performance data.
