Job summary

Fringe Sport is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist for DTC ecommerce. This remote, full-time role pays $3,000–$4,200 USD per month and focuses on turning customer insights into creative ideas, working with our team, creators, and AI to scale successful ads.

You’ll own insight generation, lead a small content team, and shape messaging across paid and organic channels, with a measured approach to testing and learning that drives sales.

Qualifications

• Experience turning customer insights into creative ads.
• Strong understanding of why people buy and what makes them engage.
• Ability to manage creators, editors, and an AI-enabled workflow.
• Fluent English with US audience writing.

Responsibilities

• Dig for angles in customer reviews, support tickets, and competitor ads.
• Turn insights into hooks, concepts, scripts, and briefs for execution.
• Run creative testing on Meta and Google: launch, read, scale, kill.
• Lead a content team and AI content workflow.
• Shape organic social, YouTube, search content and product education.
