Power Digital Marketing in Colombia is seeking a Paid Advertising Specialist to support and own end-to-end paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and more for e-commerce and lead-gen clients. You will analyze performance, optimize budgets, and deliver clear reporting with data storytelling.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in digital marketing, agency experience a plus, and hands-on work with Google Analytics, Shopify, and multiple ad platforms.

Formación

• 1-2 years of digital marketing experience, agency experience a plus.
• 1+ years of experience with direct response marketing in e-commerce; lead gen and B2B a plus.
• 1+ years of experience with Meta or Google Ads for direct response campaigns; other platforms a plus (TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
• 1+ years' experience leading paid advertising strategy for direct response marketing efforts.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain flawless execution across paid advertising platforms with accurate setup, tracking, and QA.
• Own timelines, budgets, and day-to-day performance with minimal oversight.
• Execute and optimize paid programs end-to-end including ad builds, optimizations, and reporting.
• Deliver data-backed optimizations aligned to client goals and KPI targets.
