Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or legal admin in a Personal Injury US law firm setting.
• Strong understanding of basic legal processes, deadlines, and court timelines.

Responsabilités

• Independently manage high-volume, lower-complexity probate matters.
• Draft and prepare routine legal documents for attorney review.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client status-related questions.
• Review trial setting orders to calculate and calendar critical deadlines.
