Job summary

Price Benowitz LLP is seeking a remote Personal Injury Legal Assistant with a JD from your home country and at least 2 years of paralegal/case management experience in a law firm. The role requires English proficiency (C1-C2) and strong organizational skills, working Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM ET.

Qualifications

• JD/Law degree from home country required with relevant legal experience.
• Minimum 2 years as a Paralegal/Case Manager in a law firm, preferably in the U.S.
• Experience in Personal Injury Law is required.
• Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication (C1-C2).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize documents for client meetings, court filings, and other legal proceedings.
• Manage and maintain client files and electronic records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in maintaining files and databases to ensure documentation accuracy.
• Communicate with clients to gather information and provide case updates.
• Draft and send correspondence to medical providers, including letters of representation and balance requests.
• Contact medical providers to obtain balances and assist in balance reductions.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
• Perform other essential departmental functions as needed.

Job Summary

The Personal Injury Department is seeking a full-time Personal Injury Legal Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for legal professionals with advanced paralegal and case management skills, extensive litigation experience, and a strong background in personal injury law. Candidates must hold a JD or equivalent law degree from their home country and have relevant legal experience. The position offers the flexibility of being fully remote, with required working hours that are Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time.

Qualifications and Skills

• JD/Law degree from your home country is required, together with relevant legal experience, and aminimum of 2 years as a Paralegal/Case Manager in a law firm (preferably in the U.S.)
• Experience in Personal Injury Law is required.
• Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills (C1-C2 level)
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, and case management software
• Excellent analytical abilities, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality

Compensation

$8-$9 per hour. The candidate’s placement within the stated compensation range will be determined at Price Benowitz’s discretion, based on skill set, years of experience, and credentials.
