PROVE Partners, part of Allira Holding LLC, is hiring a Paralegal (remote) to join the legal team and support the General Counsel. This newly created role focuses on licensing and contract work with organizational project discipline.

We seek a candidate with a legal background—paralegal or attorney—who can work independently, manage timelines, and coordinate across a distributed team. Overlap with U.S. business hours is required; Latin America base preferred.

Competenze

• Law degree highly preferred with equivalent hands-on paralegal experience.
• Strong project management skills with ability to own timelines and multiple workstreams.
• Experience supporting an executive or senior leader is a strong plus.
• Highly organized with attention to date accuracy and documentation.
