CatalyzeX is seeking a highly organized bilingual Paralegal (Spanish/English) to join our remote legal team. In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of case management from intake through case closing, serving as a central hub for document management and case organization.

You will support attorneys and senior paralegals, ensuring all case materials are accurate, properly filed, and easily accessible, while helping maintain smooth workflows across the team.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish and English required; based in Latin America.
• Strong knowledge of legal procedures and case management.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake and opening of new cases; create and organize files.
• Monitor ongoing cases and coordinate with attorneys for closure.
• Maintain organized filing systems and manage discovery materials.
• Provide administrative support and draft/ process legal documents.
