Emapta Colombia is hiring a Paid Media Administrator to turn performance data into scalable campaigns. You will work with a global client base, driving growth through Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and more, while collaborating with creative teams to optimize ad copy and visuals.

The role offers an indefinite-term contract with remote work, a 5-day week, and a strong focus on analytics, experimentation, and continuous learning through Emapta Academy.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of paid media experience in an agency or in-house environment
• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and campaign tracking tools
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution, and conversion tracking
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend optimization strategies
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital channels
• Conduct keyword research, build keyword lists, and analyze search volume and market trends
• Optimize campaigns by adjusting bids, budgets, audience targeting, and ad creatives
• Monitor and report on KPIs, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and overall results
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad copy and visual assets
• Stay up to date with digital advertising trends, platform features, and industry best practices
• Support A/B testing initiatives, including landing pages and creative variations, to improve advertising effectiveness
