Job summary

Power Digital Marketing in Colombia is seeking a Paid Advertising Specialist to support and own end-to-end paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and more. You will work with the lead Strategist or independently manage a core client book, focusing on performance, reporting, and data‑driven optimization.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in digital marketing, direct response e‑commerce experience, proficiency with Google Analytics and Shopify, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of digital marketing; Agency experience a plus.
• 1+ years with Direct Response marketing in E‑Commerce; Lead Gen and B2B a plus.
• 1+ years' experience with Meta or Google Ads for direct response campaigns.
• 1+ years' experience leading paid advertising strategy for direct response efforts.
• 1+ years' experience with Google Analytics, Shopify; other tech platforms a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain flawless execution across paid advertising platforms with accurate setup and QA.
• Own timelines, budgets, pacing, and day‑to‑day performance autonomously.
• Execute and optimize campaigns end‑to‑end, including builds, reporting, and pacing.
• Identify growth opportunities and test hypotheses with data‑backed optimizations.
• Integrate client objectives and brand nuances into strategy and execution.
• Solve problems calmly during volatility or pivots and flag risks early.
• Manage testing roadmaps and prioritize experiments with the team.
• Deliver on‑time launches and updates for campaigns and deliverables.
• Prepare and present performance recaps with clear data storytelling.
• Leverage Nova ecosystem tools to inform strategy and reporting.
• Propose process improvements to enhance team operations and outcomes.
