Job summary

Pithy Marketing LLC in LATAM is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to manage Google Ads and Meta Ads for real U.S. accounts. You’ll own campaigns, optimize from data, test what you believe will work, and drive results.

This 100% remote, full-time role focuses on medical and aesthetics clients. You’ll own accounts from day one, with team support when needed, and use AI-driven approaches to spend time deciding what actually matters while communicating clearly in English.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with Google Ads and Meta Ads management.
• Experience with lead generation campaigns and quality leads.
• Decision-making authority to optimize rather than follow instructions.
• Comfort with data, problem-solving, and next-step decisions.
• GA4 and Google Tag Manager knowledge.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Clear English communication, written and spoken.
• Organized and capable of managing several accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation.
• Audit accounts, identify opportunities, prioritize actions, and execute.
• Manage budgets, audiences, targeting, bidding, keywords, negatives, and structure.
• Monitor performance and investigate changes rather than react to numbers.
• Assess lead quality beyond CPL and value of generated leads.
• Write ad copy and coordinate with the creative team; request landing page changes.
• Track, report results, explain causes, and recommend next steps.
• Own accounts and flag potential issues early.
