Job summary

Pithy Marketing LLC is seeking a hands-on Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist to drive lead generation for U.S. medical and aesthetics practices. You’ll own campaigns, test ideas, and base decisions on data rather than instructions.

This 100% remote role targets Latin America, with real U.S. accounts and budgets. You’ll own your accounts from day one and collaborate with a team that embraces AI and automation to reduce repetitive work.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience with lead generation campaigns and distinguishing valuable leads.
• Experience making optimization decisions rather than just following instructions.
• Comfortable analyzing data to identify problems and decide next steps.
• Working knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Clear written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation.
• Audit accounts, identify opportunities, prioritize actions, and execute.
• Manage budgets, audiences, targeting, bidding, keywords, negatives, and structure.
• Monitor performance and investigate changes rather than just reacting to numbers.
• Assess lead quality and value beyond CPL.
• Write ad copy and collaborate with creative, request landing page changes.
• Track, report results, and recommend next steps.
