JYC Equipment, a growing U.S.-based company, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative with advanced English to lead our outbound prospecting in the North American market. This 100% remote role in Colombia offers performance-based compensation in USD and interaction with U.S. executives.

You should be ready to move from BPO or call center environments into a professional sales position, earning base pay plus uncapped commissions while aligning with U.S. business hours.

Formación

• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) verified.
• Minimum 1–2 years outbound sales prospecting experience.
• Experience with cold calling, appointment setting, or BPO support for U.S.-based campaigns.
• Excellent voice modulation, persuasion skills, and resilience to objections.

Responsabilidades

• Lead outbound prospecting efforts for the North American market.
• Interact directly with U.S. executives to discuss opportunities.
• Operate as Freelance/Independent Contractor with USD compensation.
