DOXA is seeking a Centralized Services Engineer to support Wulf Consulting, a Pittsburgh-based MSP. This hands-on IT role focuses on keeping client environments reliable through backup management, RMM monitoring, and Windows administration.

You will handle tickets end-to-end, collaborate with a US-based engineering team, and contribute to proactive maintenance while working remotely from Colombia within EST hours.

Qualifikationen

• Education in IT or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in IT support or NOC operations.
• Strong English communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with backup and remote monitoring tools is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Backup Management: Monitor backup jobs, investigate failures, maintain backups, verify restorations.
• RMM Monitoring: Manage Datto RMM alerts, troubleshoot server/workstation issues, address recurring problems.
• Infrastructure Support: Windows Server administration, patching, basic networking/ virtualization troubleshooting.
• Ticket Ownership: Investigate and resolve NOC/infrastructure tickets, document work, escalate when needed.
• Proactive Maintenance: Regular system health checks and improvements to monitoring/maintenance procedures.
• Service Desk Assistance: Provide Tier 1/2 support when workload permits.
• Team Collaboration: Work with US-based engineering team for reliable service across client environments.
