Job summary

DOXA seeks a Centralized Services Engineer (NOC / Systems Administration) to join a Pittsburgh-based MSP, available remotely from Colombia. You will troubleshoot, maintain infrastructure, and ensure reliability across client environments with a focus on backups, RMM alerts, and Windows systems.

You will work with a US engineering team, handle tickets end-to-end, and improve monitoring procedures while maintaining high service standards. Strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Technical or professional IT education preferred.
• 3+ years IT support, NOC or systems administration experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, ownership, and independence.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage backups; investigate failures and verify restorations.
• Handle Datto RMM alerts; troubleshoot server/workstation issues.
• Administer Windows Server; patching and basic networking/virtualization.
• Own tickets end-to-end; document work and escalate when needed.
• Perform routine system health checks and suggest improvements.
• Provide Tier 1–2 support when workload allows.
• Collaborate with US-based engineering team to ensure service delivery.
