Truelogic is seeking a Form Builder to assist clients by creating and revising custom forms using a no-code tool. You will map forms to platform fields, test configurations, and train end users, while communicating with clients via Zendesk.

Join a remote-friendly team supporting U.S. companies and gain exposure to a variety of SaaS projects, no HTML, CSS, or scripting required. Excellent communication and organization are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Build and revise custom forms using the internal no-code form-building tool.
• Understand the purpose and business requirements of each form and translate them into effective configurations.
• Communicate with clients through Zendesk to clarify requirements and provide support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and platform capabilities.
• Understand how forms map to existing fields within the platform.
• Participate in application testing and quality assurance.
• Provide training and support to end users building their own templates.
• Manage multiple concurrent requests and shifting priorities.
