Truelogic Software LLC is hiring a Form Builder for a remote role supporting a SaaS client focused on mental health and community services. You will create and revise custom forms using an internal no-code builder, translate client requirements into configurations, and ensure proper mapping to platform fields.

You will communicate with clients via Zendesk and train end-users on templates. Ideal candidates excel in customer service, can learn new SaaS platforms quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced

• Strong customer service skills and ability to translate client requirements.
• Experience learning new SaaS platforms and internal tools quickly.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional client-facing communication.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Build and revise custom forms using internal no-code tool.
• Translate client requirements into effective configurations.
• Communicate with clients via Zendesk to clarify needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams on client needs and platform capabilities.
• Map forms to existing platform fields and QA/test thoroughly.
• Provide end-user training and support for templates.
• Manage multiple requests with shifting priorities.
• Perform other duties as needed.
