Truelogic Software LLC is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join an AI Design team and work across complex AI and platform experiences, leading and executing design for foundational product areas including Accounts & Activation, Monetization, and Permissions.

Your primary goal will be to turn complex platform, business, and security requirements into intuitive, scalable experiences that deliver measurable value for customers and the business, while working closely with Product Managers,

Formación

• 5+ years of professional Product Design experience.
• Experience designing complex SaaS products or enterprise platforms.
• Strong systems thinking and designing interconnected product experiences.
• Advanced English proficiency with strong communication skills.
• Based in LATAM and available to work remotely with international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute end-to-end product design across Accounts & Activation, Monetization, and Permissions.
• Design experiences for account setup, indexing, workspace management, privacy, roles, activation, and consumption.
• Design complex workflows related to billing, paywalls, upgrades, credit reporting, Control Tower, and localization.
• Define scalable consumption experiences, permission structures, and sharing models.
• Apply strong systems thinking to design experiences across SaaS and platform ecosystems.
• Frame ambiguous problems, influence product roadmaps, and manage design risks.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Use research, data, prototyping, and systems thinking to validate solutions.
• Leverage AI-assisted design and coded prototypes to explore concepts.
• Contribute to a scalable product experience across interconnected capabilities.

Job Summary

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join an AI Design team and work across complex AI and platform experiences, leading and executing design for foundational product areas including Accounts & Activation, Monetization, and Permissions. Your primary goal will be to turn complex platform, business, and security requirements into intuitive, scalable experiences that deliver measurable value for customers and the business, while working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to shape product strategy, solve complex problems, and deliver cohesive end-to-end experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end product design across Accounts & Activation, Monetization, and Permissions.

• Design experiences for account setup, indexing, workspace management, privacy, roles, activation, and consumption.

• Design complex workflows related to billing, paywalls, upgrades, credit reporting, Control Tower, and localization.

• Define scalable consumption experiences, permission structures, and sharing models.

• Apply strong systems thinking to design experiences that work across complex SaaS and platform ecosystems.

• Frame ambiguous problems, identify opportunities, influence product roadmaps, and manage design risks.

• Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Use research, data, prototyping, and systems thinking to validate and refine solutions.

• Leverage AI-assisted design and coded prototypes to rapidly explore and validate product concepts.

• Contribute to a scalable and cohesive product experience across interconnected platform capabilities.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• 5+ years of professional Product Design experience.

• Experience designing complex SaaS products or enterprise platforms.

• Strong experience with systems thinking and designing interconnected product experiences.

• Experience with enterprise workflows, such as account management, activation, monetization, permissions, billing, or comparable platform domains.

• Experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Accounts & account management

  • Activation

  • Monetization

  • Permissions and roles

  • Enterprise platform workflows

• Strong prototyping skills and ability to communicate complex interactions through prototypes.

• Advanced experience with Figma or equivalent design tools.

• Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams.

• Experience using AI tools and/or coded prototypes as part of the product design process.

• Advanced English proficiency, with strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.

• Based in Latin America (LATAM) and available to work remotely with international teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing AI-powered products or experiences.

• Experience using Cursor, Claude, or similar AI-assisted development/prototyping tools.

• Experience contributing to product strategy and roadmap decisions.

• Experience mentoring or supporting the growth of other designers.

• Experience designing products with complex permissions, sharing, billing, consumption, or account models.
