Formación

• 1-3 years of experience in Monitoring Operations or Technical Support.
• Basic understanding of APIs and log analysis.
• English proficiency at A2-B1 level.

Responsabilidades

• Continuously monitor infrastructure and transaction flows.
• Receive and triage alerts.
• Manage support requests through Zendesk or Jira.
