Global Technology Services is seeking a Mid-Level Centralized Services Engineer to own and support tools, platforms, and configurations across internal IT operations and client environments within a Managed Service Provider setting.

You will configure and maintain core technology platforms while improving efficiency, automating processes, and supporting Microsoft and AWS cloud environments, backup solutions, endpoints, and networking. English required at B2+ level.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of experience in systems administration or similar technical role, preferably in MSP.
• Proficient scripting and automation with PowerShell.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Windows, and backup solutions.
• Experience with MSP tools covering remote monitoring and management, endpoint management, documentation, backup, and security.
• Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs).
• Ability to create documentation, runbooks, and operational reports.
• Strong English communication (B2+).

Responsabilidades

• Own and support tools, platforms, and configurations used across internal IT operations and client environments in an MSP setting.
• Configure, deploy, integrate, and maintain core technology platforms; standardize systems and automate recurring tasks.
• Support Microsoft and AWS cloud environments, backups, disaster recovery, endpoints, identity platforms, and networking.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts, operational reports, and runbooks; document technical processes clearly.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, vCIO, and Professional Services to reduce issues and enable smooth deployments.
