Global Technology Services is seeking a Mid-Level Centralized Services Engineer in a remote LATAM setting to own and support tools, platforms, and configurations across internal IT operations and client environments. You will configure, deploy, and maintain core platforms, automate recurring tasks, and support Microsoft/AWS cloud environments, backups, and security tools.

You will develop PowerShell scripts, build operational reports, and maintain runbooks while collaborating with Service Desk

Formación

• 3–5+ years in systems administration, centralized services, or MSP environments.
• Strong scripting/automation skills, especially PowerShell.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Windows, and backups.
• Experience in MSP tooling and hybrid cloud environments (Microsoft/AWS).
• Ability to document configurations, runbooks, and operational reports.

Responsabilidades

• Own and support tools, platforms, and configurations used across internal IT ops and client environments in an MSP setting.
• Configure, deploy, integrate, and maintain core technology platforms and automate processes.
• Support Microsoft and AWS cloud environments, DR/backup, endpoints, and networking.
• Develop PowerShell scripts for patching, remediation, and system maintenance; build health checklists and runbooks.
